What we hold
If you have an account with us: your name, your mobile or WhatsApp number, your email address if you gave one, your Facebook ID if you signed in with Facebook, and your orders and chats. A grower's account also holds their bead listings and photographs. Signing out, or uninstalling the app, does not delete any of it.
How to ask
Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +977 9716 624 339 with the words “Delete my data”. Send it from the number or email address on your account, or tell us the name of the Facebook account you signed in with, so we find the right account.
What happens next
A person reads every request; there is no delete button on the site. We reply to confirm, then delete your account and its sign-in details within 30 days. Records of completed sales may be kept where the law requires it.
Disconnect us from Facebook
Deleting your data with us does not change anything on Facebook. To remove our access there as well, open Facebook Settings → Apps and websites, and remove Kathmandu Rudraksha.
