How does a custom mala order work?
You message the family on WhatsApp with the idea — counts, length (54 or 108), thread or silver caps. We photograph the actual beads we would use, you approve or adjust, we knot it, and you see photographs and video of the finished piece — X-ray on request — before any payment. Energization at Pashupatinath is available on request, exactly as on every mala we make.
How is a custom design priced?
Per design, once beads and metal are agreed — never from a list, and never before you have seen the exact beads. The photographs come first; the figure is confirmed in writing; payment follows approval, in that order, always.
Can I choose the mukhi mix, thread colour and length?
That is the entire point. Any counts we hold in stock, 54 or 108 beads, cotton thread in your colour or silver capping — knotted by the same hands that make our siddha malas. The one thing that never changes is the proof: your exact piece, shown before you pay.
